WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Mexico City. Consider that your purchase order may be additionally delayed during holiday periods, seasons of high demand and sales, non-business days, health emergencies, natural disasters or other major causes.
Normally our warehouse processes shipments from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 3 pm. Your order will be shipped within the next 3 to 5 business days from receipt of payment for your purchase. Consider that shipments are not made on weekends or on non-business days.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your purchase payment is confirmed, please allow 1-4 business days to receive your order. In general, we will try to receive your order in advance.
WILL I BE TAXED?
The prices shown on our page already include taxes in Mexico. If it is international shipping, the taxes can change.
SHIPPING POLICY
The cost for "Standard" shipping within Mexico City is free. National shipments have a cost of $120 MXN. If your purchase order is greater than $4,000.00 MXN, the delivery of your order is free of charge. We deliver throughout the Mexican Republic and we have international shipments.
All purchase orders made through the site will be delivered by parcel and courier companies other than FANCY & FUNKY.
The delivery of the product will be made at the address indicated by the user in his purchase order.
In case that the package does not reach the location requested, the package will be deposited at the parcel closest to your home.
Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the next business day.
Deliveries of products will be made only on business days and could be delayed in some cases up to 7 business days. Please note that if you live in an "extended delivery area", your order may take a little longer.
At the time of receiving the product at the indicated address, the customer is obliged to review his order. In case of requiring a return, the client must notify it within a period of 5 business days to the email contact@fancy-funky.com or to the contact telephone numbers provided on the page.
